Desjardins Family Farms It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
#11
It really did sound kind of perfect, huh? Catriona hoped he would have said something if it was all too much to have ready in a month but she was thrilled to help anytime she could. Set aside time on evenings and weekends to work on the pumpkin, to help around the farm if needed too. It'd be a lot of work and time and energy, but it was worth it if they could give back a little.

She smiled softly as he assured her they'd think of a name. Back outside and heading toward the garden, Catriona took a small breath in, enjoying the fresh air. It was so much more peaceful out here than in the middle of Hawknell. No loud cars driving by at night. The country air smelled better. She was still getting used to staying over every night. Getting used to the idea that she didn't have to drive back to Hawknell in the mornings. It felt really good.

Catriona fondly accepted his hand in hers as they drew closer, giving it a light squeeze before she looked over at him. He was looking at the back of the old farmhouse opposite the garden, and she wondered what he was thinking about.

"What are you thinking?"

She moved some of the tools to the crook of her elbow so she could use her free hand to pull out the pumpkin seeds. They'd only need one.
