Catriona had moved into Liam's bedroom in the big house on Desjardins Family Farms the last weekend of August. Just before she was expected to have her first day of work at Alder Heights College. There was a lot of change happening at once but she wore it all proudly and excitedly, taking each step with a full heart and a curious mind. It was hard not to be excited most about moving in with Liam, Liv, and Beth, and Henry too! Even if it was an adjustment of sorts to what she was used to. More space. Farmland. Boxes stacked in a corner of his - their - bedroom she still needed to unpack. Kit needed to get used to it too, and it was a delight to get to see Rabbit every day. To get to wake up next to Liam every morning as he got up too early to start working on the land. To come back home from a long commute and a busy work day to hold him in her arms as they fell asleep.

New of Jordan's attack had reached them by this time via Kayce and while they had sent flowers while she was in hospital, there was still a sense of wanting to reach out? To try and do more when Catriona ultimately didn't know how to help. It felt so... confusing and bad. She was just glad Jordan was as okay as she could be given the circumstances. She had reached out since to Jordan and Kayce both to see if they needed anything.

In the meantime, Cat and Liam had continued talking more about the festival they wanted to hold for the town in the days that followed the psychic party and ideas floated around in Catriona's mind now that she was a bit more settled that she wanted to bring up to him.

But first! They needed to attempt growing a pumpkin together. After breakfast finished, and Catriona and Liam helped clean up the kitchen, she slipped her boots on by the kitchen door and grinned over at him.

"Are you ready to try this?" She asked with a smile, before Rabbit came bounding over to her for pets, wanting to join them of course! Kit was... somewhere! Likely sleeping in a corner of the big house. She had taken to the living room area upstairs, enjoying curling up on a pillow Cat had placed for her on one of the shelves.

Catriona reached for the package of seeds on the counter and would let Liam lead the way to the garden, since he had a better lay of the land than she did. So far, anyway, hehe. They would be growing magic pumpkins today, the first of many she assumed before they managed to get the hang of it. Hopefully, they didn't create any pumpkin monsters but if they did, Cat had every confidence they could handle it.
