Muse Fit check for my napalm era

Fit

Tatiana needed a night. To either hunt or dance- or both.

No cults. No crazy psychics out for blood. Just a night to be normal; stress about things tomorrow night when she wasn't needing to unwind.

So, she was at Muse, dancing, new songs playing and her body was swaying to the beat. Nothing really hid her, she was herself; scarred and all, just dancing. Her body matched the rhythm, the beat. Leaning into whoever was willing to dance with her now.

Turning to face them, a playful smile on her face, a sparkle in her eyes as she danced with someone. Her hips swaying, a look in her eyes that spoke of being carefree and playing.

Pax had a bad feeling about this. Even if the regulars at Beth's Place said that it was normal for Mr Norvane to go MIA for a while, there was an unsettled feeling in this jag. Weeks was a lot? And his boss had decided to go to town on the new moon. Many people didn't realize what it could mean, and Pax didn't care enough to point it out.

So he was scoping other venues for possible employment, just in case. He doubted he'd find another place that was willing to pay cash, but it was worth a shot.

And also he needed to practice his moves in case they were needed to show off. He had a good record with the bowling, couldn't leave anyone thinking he wasn't talented in many areas.

He turned around and saw... oh hello, lady of the night.

There was the mildest tension in him. While he had no issues with vampires, Hye-Seong had mentioned the prowl was unfriendly to them, so... hopefully this one hadn't had any bad jaguar experience. Or else he would give her a wide berth.

But for now, a smile, no eye contact. No initiating anything, just vibing near to her. She was pretty. He was pretty. They could have a fun night, maybe.

Tati did not care that he was a were; honestly, it made it easier- no snackage happening, but he was a safer option than some poor human.

Also, this one? He was hot, her hazel eyes roamed him, clearly looking him over without shame. The woman knew what she liked, and he fit the bill for what she was looking for tonight. Food or fun, both were welcome in her book.

Her hand reached out, so long as he didn't protest, her finger would hook under the topmost done button of his shirt, pulling him closer to her body. Not touching, but closer. With her long, silvery hair free, it swayed down her back as she moved, her eyes focused above his.

Why yes, he knew he was eye candy, thank you for noticing. And as he had a weakness for pale hair, well... only a questioning raise of eyebrows would follow, and he'd let her pull him a little closer.

Pasha was grumbling. This wasn't roadkill icecream friend, even if the scent was similar. Hard to explaing to beast instincts that some friends never came back.

Entirely willing to make her work for it if she wanted more proximity, a smirk and eyes that were used to scan faces and avoid eyes. Perks of a former ambassador.
#5
Oh, he was playing with her- honestly, she was here for it. What was a good time without some work? She knew she was hot as hell, different, and she was willing to use that to her advantage as he let her tug him a little closer to her body.

She could smell the wild on him. The animal. It was different, but welcoming. Feline.

Good thing she liked cats.

Tati kept her finger there, hooked lightly in his shirt, something easily escapeable if he wanted, but oh, she hoped he didn't as her eyes looked up at him. Her ruby red lips upturned in a playful smile, a dimple showing as she swivelled her hips. Slowly moving them, rolling, working herself with ease to the beat. Her body was close, but not touching. The promise of contact there as she wanted this man's entire attention as he looked around.
#6
Maybe there was more snow on this vampire than the last one he had danced with, six centuries ago, or was it six months? It felt like the former even if his brain could count and knew it was the latter.

His eyes were on her only, and anywhere but her own. There was no one else that caught his attention here. This moment belonged to her.

He'd raise his hands, hovering over her arms, letting her feel the shifter warmth without crossing the touch barrier, before raising them over his head, in sync with the music.

He was a real tease when the other person's feelings mattered little to him.
#7
The way his hands ghosted over her skin, close, not touching. Warmth radiated from him in a way that made her eyes close; she missed being warm. That ache. That sensation of heat in her body. Something she never stopped missing no matter how many years slipped by.

The same finger that hooked his shirt, moved, trailing up the exposed skin of his collarbone up his neck, to his lips. Not touching. No. Her cool touch was just a scant few inches away as she smiled at him.

This, this was fun.

Her hand reached out, hovering over his chest now.
#8
This was fun. Temperature-sharing system.

Part of his mind could even say "I didn't even touch her!" to the other part that was giving him side-eye.

One last dance with a stranger before he committed to one person once more.

A lone finger played in the vampire's silver hair, wondering if it would cause a shiver.
#9
He'd feel the soft, silky texture of her hair. It was something she took pride in, and oh yes, she shivered. Her eyes closing for a moment as she had always loved her hair being played with.

The warmth from him just added to it.

Feeling bolder now, she let her well manicured nails trail up into his hair. No skin touching skin yet, just nails dragging lightly to try and get the same shivering response from him.
#10
Mmm. Yes. There would be a shiver from him too, and an unheard rumbled from his inner cat.

If he closed his eyes, he could almost, almost, be brought back in time. To more painful times. To...

Hmm.

The present was the only time. But for now he could just stop thinking.

Head pushing into the touch like the feline he was.
#11
Oh, she found a sweet spot. Tati, happily, pinned this warm blooded treat of a man as some sort of feline just from how he pushed his head into her fingers.

Oh, so gladly, she'd give him what he wanted.

Her nails scratched, dragging along his scalp and through his hair, her body swaying a little closer.

A brush, subtle, inviting as her fingers played in his hair.
#12
Jaguars couldn't purr but he nearly did. Cold-handed long-nailed attention had been missed.

Would she want some?

Butterfly touch fingers would brush against a scar. A warrior she was. Wondered how old.
#13
Tati scratched, gentle, dragging her nails along his scalp, and through his hair.

Smoothing it, teasing it some, but her attention kept on this attention he wanted.

The way his fingers brushed against a scar, her eyes looked over to the touch. For once, she didn't flinch at it.

She'd started wearing them like the badges she'd earned from surviving.
#14
He was attuned to her reactions, knowing just how quickly a vampire could flip out, but no lines had been crossed. So far.

He leaned in.

"Never met such a beautiful mercenary." He whispered.

Music might eat his words, he didn't mind. Mystery was his middle name.
#15
Tati, thankfully, was hard to agitate with the new moon was blissfully far away from her. Out of sight, out of mind.

She swayed, a smile lifting on her lips at his words.

"Danger and beauty go hand in hand, " she spoke, even over music, her ears caught the whispered words. Her own head tilted just so, so that it was close to his ear so he could hear her as well.
#16
"Danger isn't always beautiful." Pax commented. "But beauty is always dangerous."

Feeling like a full philosopher here.
#17
"Krasota opasna, " she whispered, the Russian sounding smooth on her tongue as she leaned in a little, nails continuing to play gently.

"Do you like dangerous beauties? " she asked softly, swaying just a little closer.
#18
Pax didn't know Russian, but knew enough to recognize it.

"I always preferred the gentle ones." He commented with a smirk. "I like being the dangerous one."
#19
Tati hummed a little in that response.

"Da...you are dangerous...had enough tangles vith your kind...and my own...to know the danger behind beautiful eyes, " she said softly, her voice a silken purr practicaly as she leaned in, just a little closer.

He did smell nice, even if he did smell like a cat.
#20
"My kind as in, weres, or specifically..." He leaned in to whisper: "Jaguars?"

Nothing like hot breath on cold skin, or so he had been told a while ago.
#21
Tati brushed her nose against the side of his face, "In general...I find...jaguares better anvays, " Tati purred.

She was biased given she had a jaguar friend.

That heat though, it made her shiver and sigh softly.
#22
This was a cat-like gesture, and it soothed some animal instinct, even if Pasha was confused. It was fine.

"I thought your kind and jaguars had some kind of feud." He commented, returning the motion with a cheek on hers.

This was now an information game. Pleasant, certainly. Like his old ambassador work, a mantle he doubted he could take again.
#23
A head shake.

"Not all...jaguar King doesn't like us- so ve stay avay...but zhere are different vampires zhat poke. Seems zhey like trouble, " Tati spoke, not having an issue sharing this as she leaned in.

Oh, she liked it; heat on cool skin, shivers rippled through her.
#24
That confirmed what he had heard, and that he would carefully hide his connections to Star Shine Clutch. Would offer his services to Frank to deal with the 'vamp problem'.

He had overstepped with Blair and it nearly cost him his group ticket, he wouldn't make another mistake again.

"Real shame... some of you are worthy company for a night." He commented.

Would twirl her, if she was intent on it.
#25
Tati did not protest the twirl, her body spun out naturally.

A smile.

She waited for the pull back to him.

"I find most of you, good company as vell...a few bad apples shouldn't spoil ze bunch. "
