As he read the message Zachary turned to look at the spandex suit he had just pulled out from its special zipped-up garment bag that lived at the back of his closet. Had he been feeling especially cheeky, Zachary might have snapped a picture of the contents and sent it back.

Caution won out instead and he fired off a milder response.

Yeah, I'll definitely be there.

Oh that was a lovely answer for her!

Would you like to attend with me? I want to go but not alone lol

And a lol so as to not seem desperate; she wasn't she just didn't want to go alone dressed up as she was going to be.

He guessed this was the motive. Didn't stop the smile that spread across his face. Going with someone was far more fun than wandering the halls yourself.

Maybe other familiar faces would be going too.

It was even more of a relief and she felt even better about going now.

I may have a costume for this exact occasion.

Oh and he wasn't telling her! That did make her smile,

I had to get one...So should we meet up at the entrance and surprise each other with our attires?

She only hoped that she didn't look stupid

My face will be wholly uncovered and even my hair the same color. Are you going to at least be spotable?

Good question. If he kept the cowl on then she might not notice him easily. Hmm. After some thought, he decided to go with what felt right that day.
