Putting someone to sleep and maintaining this will cause the feeling of having missed 1d8 hours of sleep last night each roll (1d4 if willing target, also 1d4 to keep someone willing awake). Failed attempts and trying to influence the content of the dream in a negative way will guarantee the next night to be full insomnia. Creating negative dreams add 1d8 hours of sleep debt while positive and neutral ones put him to sleep once the target wakes up (however this does not work toward lowering the sleep debt). Slower reflexes and hallucinations are likely symptoms of tiredness, but pushing too far will trigger overstimulation of 1d5 senses to the point of breaking all focus.

History
- Zeph grew up in Las Almas with a happy enough family, as the youngest child
- Much less outgoing and outdoorsy than his social butterfly, gardening enthusiast parents hoped for
- The type of teen to seek the shelter of the library as much as possible
- Which led to one day glaring daggers at a very loud classmate and wishing they would 'just nap'
- They did, and he earned three full nights of insomnia to think about what he did
- And decided he would do it again
- The rest of high school was laborious due to these side effects and his grades suffered, but he still managed to graduate
- Moved to Alder Heights for the college, enrolled in psychology, got a student job at the Drunk Poet
- Used his power to help out fellow students with their sleep patterns, passing it as hypnosis, also charging small fees because why not
- Tried his best to balance school and psychic stuff, ended up dropping out
- Planned to return one day, made his student job his full-time job in the meantime
- This was comfortable, and he eventually became manager
- The Drunk Poet is one of the things he's passionate about and he lowkey wants to buy it one day.
- Recently got into screenplay writing. It's not going well.
- Thinks he's ready for some evolution, it remains to be seen
