History
  • Born in the county north of Ridgefield, her mom was from New Brunswick, Canada and never really enjoyed landlocked Colorado
  • Parents divorced when she was 10, she stayed with her dad
  • He had a lot of ambition for her, and pushed her towards professional tennis
  • At 16, she messed up her right knee right before an important tournament
  • It would have been something easy to recover from if said dad didn't insist on her pushing through the pain
  • Her knee never fully recovered and neither did the relationship with her dad
  • She moved with her mom in New Brunswick and studied to be a massage therapist
  • Maybe she would be in pain forever but could at least help others
  • The coast and humidity ended up being too much after a while and she wanted to go back home, but not exactly home
  • Ridgefield seemed like the perfect compromise, so she moved back in Colorado in June 2024, and got a job at Day Dreamers Spa
