Moved back to the states in 1975, settling in Pensacola, Florida.

Meaning to follow in his father's footsteps, Severin went to the Naval Academy in Maryland in 1982.
Graduated in 1986, served until 1996.
Fell in love and got married to school teacher named Karen Ross in 1989. Got based in Kitsap, WA in 1994, and moved to Olympia in '96 after retiring.
Attended WSU and graduated with an associates degree before landing a job as an air traffic controller in 1998.
Both parents passed in 2000, leaving a decent inheritance for both Severin and his sister.
In 2016, Severin's wife was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Despite extensive treatment attempts, Karen passed on New Year's Day in 2018.
In late 2018, experiencing something of a mid-life crisis, Severin left his job, sold his home in Olympia, and moved to Ridgefield in search of a fresh start of sorts.
During a hiking trip in Colorado Springs in February 2019, he was mauled by a big cat - what kind, exactly he wasn't certain. Severin believes he only survived by stabbing the animal in the neck with the folding knife he'd been in possession of. Said knife left with said cat.
Made a few Were friends and eventually was taken into the Rose Terrace Prowl, which disbanded and was replaced by Rose View, which he remains a part of today.
