Idealistic & Naive - Sets unfortunately high standards for the world around her, expecting kindness and common sense everywhere she goes despite repeated disappointment. Trusts easily and tends to be gullible. A true romantic.

Forgiving & Optimistic - Seeks the best in people and situations, often to a fault. Unintentionally leaves herself vulnerable to shitty people and repeat offenders - a bit of a doormat.

Sensitive & Compassionate - Easily moved by most things, from gestures of kindness to angry words. Cries easily, but also laughs easily. Can become very distraught by crisises around the world, wants to adopt every stray animal and feed every homeless person.

Friendly & Outgoing - Doesn’t know a stranger and can strike a conversation with ease, but has learned to be aware when people aren’t open to chitchat. Wants very much to be liked by others and make lots of friends - nonconfrontational. Likely to hide her feelings if she’s afraid it will make someone else uncomfortable or lessen their opinion of her.

Artistic - Loves art, music, and everything in between. Has been making art from a very young age and is a decently skilled painter now; also engages in various dancing lessons, yoga classes, etc.

Born and raised in Las Almas to two loving, upper-middle class parents and an older brother on the family ranch.

Had a rich, happy childhood. Never wanted for anything, but was considerably sheltered by her anxious mother, who often tried to paint the world as a pure and good place and hide her daughter from the darker aspects of life.

Enrolled in Alder Heights College in the summer of 2018 despite her mother’s crippling fear over the latest supernatural oustings. Generally romanticizes supernatural creatures, but has not yet had the misfortune of meeting one knowingly. Spent many years enjoying a comfortable life completely funded by her parents.

Developed metallokinesis in September of 2018 after her dog tried to attack a Were (Cliff Douglas), and she scattered multiple metal chairs in the area in her panic. This would trigger a blossoming of her awareness of the supernatural world, bringing handfuls of of not-quite-humans into her life.

In the summer of 2021, Minerva's brother, a known (to her) vampire and STF officer, was pronounced killed in the line of duty. With her world changing drastically, she lost her sense of faith, to such an extent that she stopped wearing her crucifix necklace. Her parents divorced, and the family was properly shattered.

During the eclipse in early spring of 2024, a drunken, human, very much alive Joaquin crashed onto Minerva's doorstep, and a tumultuous reunion resulted in Minnie being turned.

○ Whitewing: A magical talking bird who has offered her joy, wisdom, and comfort in smatterings throughout the years.
○ Henry: An acquaintance who adopted a chinchilla, Anabelle, from the animal shelter she used to volunteer at. She also made him a painting of his cute new companion!
* Whitewing and Henry are both Beauregard and my heart will break if/when Minnie discovers this!!!
○ Joaquin: Brother dearest and vampire sire, who she adores but does not fully trust thanks to a suggestion bestowed upon her by Whitewing himself.
○ Ashley: Friend, fellow psychic, and former roommate.
○ Richard: One half of a fabulously wealthy gay couple who has hosted a handful of psychic get-togethers, Minnie has done some power practice with him and thinks he's just swell.

Has an Aussie mix named Dude.
Lives in an abandoned house with her brother.
