History
- Born to a set of parents who were both artisans living in California, they loved to make bread and jam between them but that never felt like where she belonged.
- After some time, she found she had a rather deep love for the complexities of cheese and the way they were made that she started to actually study cheese and what went best with them!
- During her cheese history studies, she somehow learned that she could manipulate air and move it around her. So, she now uses it to her advantage by blowing out breezes of the scent of cheese!
- Now, following in her parent's footsteps, she moved and opened up her own mom n pop artisanal cheese shop!
