Meteokinesis: When this first showed up, Rhona was none the wiser. Just hit puberty and her emotions were out of control and so was the weather around her. First it was small but then it grew to more than just a five foot radius around her. Slowly she started to realize what she was doing and how it happened. With time, she was able to really tap into it when the weather itself was acting up and then eventually when it wasn't. She grew to love her power and has been able to control/form it around a several block radius. It comes at a cost though; the more she uses it the most she starts to break out in hives. They start small and at the bottom of her feet but then spread and get worse the longer she uses it until the itchiness and irritation are all she can think of. Depending on how hard and strong she makes the storm, will depend on how intense and painful the hives are and what they do (bleeding, holes, sores, etc)

History
+Born in Inverness, Scotland to a pair of very lovely parents who doted well on her. Being in such a loving family, she grew up close to her older cousin.
+Child hood was not too wild, mostly normal save for when her powers developed right along when she hit puberty. If her emotions weren't chaotic enough, that only added to it and she did not enjoy it in the slightest. It took her at least a year to come to terms and another to even start trying to get a handle on it.
+As she worked her way through school, she found that she was very wishy-washy with what she wanted to do or be in her life. She graduated with high marks and could have gone to college but chose to do random jobs.
+From eighteen on, she started to practice her powers more but also got into odd jobs; cheese taster, coffee taster, chair tester, fizzy drinks tester, model, and the list goes on. Nothing lasted longer than six months and it was annoying to both her and her parents.
+When she hit twenty-three, she actually managed to meet a guy who was the manager at a motel chain and things were going great- even got engaged six months later. As her luck would have it though, she wound up catching him in her motel room with one of the maids and that caused one of the biggest roe and storms around thanks to it.
+When she finally stopped wallowing at home and staying by the ocean, she then decided it was high time to see her other relatives and with a plane ticket and a pair of suitcases she hopped on a plane to go pop a visit to her dear cousin. Maybe Ridgefield will offer something better for her in the long haul!
