Nord's home
"Of course....do you think I'd let a stranger stay over night?" He joked with a glint in his eye.
Nord decided to leave the sled out front and not store it away. he could do that later. It was better to get everyone inside, so he motioned for the huskies as well as Pauline to go up to the front porch.
"The door is open. The dogs can go inside." He shouted over the howling of the wind and looked back at the dark clouds above the tree tops, that were swaying.
Nord liked wind and weather but blizzards could be harsh on the mountain.
Quickly he followed them and kicked the snow off his boots, which made him wince. Every now and then he forgot about his injury, especially now that he was more mobile again and didn't use any crutches.
He waited for everyone to get inside the small one room place, that featured a sofa, fire place, book shelves and a small table for two as well as a kitchen and bathroom. The upper level where he slept was only reachable by ladder and therefore currently not in use. On the sofa was his bedding.
Nord pulled his snowcovered hat off and hung it by the door, then bentdown to untie his boots.
"Welcome to my humble home."
